Customer Service
Greeting clients and answering phones with high energy, completing salon duties and responsibilities of cleanliness, laundry and stocking for stylists. Managing appointment books via salon software.
May be needed to shampoo and blow dry clients at times.

Responsibilities
– Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs
– Manage appointment bookings and maintain the salon’s schedule
– Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about salon services
– Process payments using POS systems and cash registers
– Maintain a tidy reception area and keep track of inventory for retail products
– Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
– Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
