Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality haircuts, including skin fades, tapers, and mid-length styles, catering to diverse hair textures.

Requirements:
Valid barber or cosmetology license.
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if preferred.

Compensation:
W2 employee status.
Bi-weekly pay with a competitive 60% commission on services.
100% tips.
12% commission on product sales.
Potential earnings ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, with the possibility of reaching $120,000.
