Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting and styling for clients.
Perform barbering services such as shaves and trims with precision and care.
Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized and maintained for health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Offer expert advice on hair care products and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
Assist in store management tasks including inventory control and maintaining an organized workspace.
Skills
Proficient in Cosmetology with a valid license to practice.
Barbering license
Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
Knowledge of store management practices to assist in daily operations.
Expertise in hair styling techniques tailored to diverse hair types and trends.
Skilled in barbering techniques, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Familiarity with sanitation practices to maintain a clean working environment.
