Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Utilize various barbering techniques including straight razor cuts and hair extensions.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized styling recommendations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Keep accurate records of services provided using salon software to manage appointments and client history.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to offer clients the best options available.
Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Valid barbering license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio showcasing hair styling skills.
Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
Ability to perform basic retail math for upselling products and managing transactions.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the workplace.

Pay: $700.00 – $1,200.00 per week
