Position Summary
The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to generate sales through services and products that exceed guest expectations.
Job Duties
and Responsibilities
Provides personalized hair services and treatments tailored to clients’ needs and expectations.
Educates clients about Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
Acts as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance, staying current with styles and techniques.
Promotes all Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
Maintains current certifications and industry knowledge on trends.
Maintains work stations to salon standards.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Completion of Cosmetology school.
1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Requirements
Experience as a stylist in a professional setting.
Knowledge of Salon Biz software.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a base hourly rate at minimum wage, plus incentive pay ranging from 5% to 55% based on productivity.
