Position Summary
The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to generate sales through services and product recommendations that exceed guests’ expectations.
Job Duties
and Responsibilities
Provides individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
Educates clients on Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, staying current with styles and techniques.
Promotes all Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
Remains current on certifications and new industry trends.
Maintains work stations to salon standards.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Completed Cosmetology school.
1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Requirements
Experience as a stylist in a professional setting.
Knowledge of Salon Biz software.
