Duties
Provide quality haircuts using the Supercuts technique.
Educate customers and recommend products for hairstyle maintenance.
Execute the 360 Experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow sanitation guidelines.
Adhere to Jerome Group best practices.
Maintain a current cosmetology license.
Attend all required technical training sessions and monthly salon meetings.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with an outgoing, confident, and professional personality.
