Minimal Qualifications
Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Exceptional guest service skills, including consultations and professional service delivery
Ability to perform administrative tasks and light housekeeping
Physical Requirements
Standing for extended periods
Lifting up to 10 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 25 pounds
Repetitive movements with hands, wrists, and arms
Reaching above shoulder level and exposure to chemicals and fragrances
Close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment
Effective communication with guests regarding services and needs
