A Supercuts hairstylist is a vital role within our system. We take pride in our hairstylists, considering them the best in the industry. The certification received upon graduating from the Hairstylist Academy (HSA) signifies our commitment to quality. Our stylists are fully trained professionals committed to serving customers in a friendly, professional manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction. This is achieved by adhering to Supercuts brand standards, operating principles, and best practices.
By consistently delivering the 360 Experience, we aim to exceed customer expectations and cultivate successful, valuable stylists.
Duties
Provide quality haircuts using the Supercuts technique.
Educate customers and recommend products to maintain their hairstyle between visits.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the 360 Experience.
Follow sanitation guidelines.
Adhere to the Jerome Group’s best practices.
Maintain dress code standards.
Keep current cosmetology license.
Attend technical training sessions and monthly meetings.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with an outgoing, confident, and professional personality.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Open to coaching and feedback.
Good communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexible availability, punctuality, and reliability.
