Every Supercuts Stylist undergoes intensive training at the Supercuts Hair Stylist Academy. Team members attend annual recertification and additional training to stay ahead of trends. We cover the costs for our stylists to attend training, ensuring our team remains among the most skilled and confident in the industry.
Supercuts offers a wide range of professional services, including haircuts, coloring, highlights, waxing, and specialty services, using proprietary tools and techniques for exceptional results. No appointment is necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 or older
Must have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Must pass Hair Stylist Academy with an 80% or greater
Ability to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, inputting guest information, charging appropriately, managing cash drawer, and proper close-out procedures
Ability to work well within a team setting

Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, color services, facial waxing, and conditioning treatments
Educate guests on product knowledge (retail)
Assist with salon operations
Maintain salon cleanliness according to State Board Rules and Regulations
Follow all company policies and procedures
Physical Requirements
Standing for extended periods
Repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms
Reaching above shoulder level
Exposure to chemicals and fragrances
Effective communication with guests
Ability to execute guest requests
Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
