Full Job Description
Apricot Lane Willow Bend Boutique is looking for a part-time stylist to join our team at the Shops at Willow Bend location in west Plano, TX. Apricot Lane Willow Bend is a locally owned, women’s fashion boutique featuring fashion-forward apparel, the hottest trends, accessories, and gifts. We are looking for experienced, fun, fashionable and talented individuals who are dedicated to delivering a unique and captivating experience to our customers.
The successful Stylist has a strong eye for fashion, works well with a team to drive sales, creates experiences that establish loyalty, and build customer relationships. They must also be outgoing and have a love for styling and helping people to look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
*Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience *Manage guest relationships and provide client-book follow up *Performs various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments and counting money *Recommend merchandise selections or help locate merchandise based on customer needs *Working alone or in cooperative team setting to ensure daily goals are met *Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards *Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance *Evening, weekend and holiday work required *Other duties as assigned/required
Qualifications
*1+ year retail experience preferred *Outgoing and engaging personality *Proactive and creative problem-solving ability *Ability to build and maintain client relationships *Ability to be on the feet most of the day, or moving on the sales floor or stock room *Flexibility, adaptability
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.50 – $13.00/hour.
