JOB REQUIREMENTS
Deliver top-tier men’s grooming services with precision and consistency.
Possess savvy interpersonal skills to connect with clients, building long-term relationships and foster client loyalty.
Able to work well under pressure, multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Offer expert recommendations on grooming products and educate clients on maintaining their look.
Stay ahead of trends and techniques to provide modern and classic styles tailored to each client.
Responds to issues or problems immediately and efficiently as required, as well as report any challenges, complaints, or service difficulties to the Shop Manager.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with state barbering regulations.
Work collaboratively with fellow barbers, front desk staff, and management to maintain a seamless client flow.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented shop culture.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:
Valid State of Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License
Able to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends.
Superior client service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Ability to deliver a high-end client experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment
