We’re growing our team at Blo Albuquerque and looking for confident, reliable, and passionate stylists who are ready to bring their A-game and grow with us. Whether you’re just out of school or have a few years behind the chair, we’d love to meet you!
We’re currently hiring:
1–2 amazing Stylists ready to build a loyal clientele and sharpen their skills.
1 experienced Style Boss who’s a natural leader, thrives in fast-paced settings, and wants to help guide and inspire our team.
About You:
You’re licensed, punctual, and take pride in being someone people can count on.
You love styling (especially blowouts!) and helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
You’re coachable, collaborative, and energized by being part of a fun, motivated team.
You’re open to learning and selling retail/memberships, and you care about great service.
(For the Style Boss role): You’ve got solid industry experience and feel confident leading a team, mentoring newer stylists, and helping the salon run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Create gorgeous blowouts and signature styles that wow.
Deliver an outstanding guest experience with every visit.
Recommend the best products, add-ons, and memberships.
Support your teammates and pitch in to keep the bar sparkling clean and on point.
Follow salon protocols and always show up on time, ready to shine.
