Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality beauty services. You will utilize your skills in cosmetology, makeup application, and retail sales to create a welcoming environment for clients and help them achieve their desired looks. Your role will also involve mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Duties
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and drive sales.
Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques to offer clients the best options.
Mentor junior stylists by sharing expertise and providing guidance on techniques and customer interactions.
Ensure that all tools and workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
Assist in store management tasks including inventory control and merchandising.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $18.93 – $22.08 per hour
