-Create and manage receptionist work schedule
-Work closely with salon manager to ensure day to day operations are smooth
– Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
– Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Assist with technology sales, such as POS systems or salon equipment
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
– Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
– Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling appointments and handling cash
