As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styling, and additional beauty services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license required.
Experience in hair extensions application is a plus.
Strong understanding of retail math to assist with product sales.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in salon management is advantageous but not mandatory.
