Long standing hair salon / barber shop looking for a stylist or barber to join our team. Must have current CT license(s). Seeking professional, service oriented individual with a growth mindset. Busy location with great traffic. Large walk-in potential for a motivated individual. Some clientele preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Perform hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and hair extensions.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Educate clients on hair care products and techniques to enhance their styling experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth salon operation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
