As a Front End Associate / Stylist, you’ll be the first impression of SEWBOX, guiding clients through the alteration process while ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and hospitality our brand is known for.

What You’ll Do
As a Front End Associate / Stylist, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the daily operations of our showroom.
Customer Experience
- Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism.
- Conduct garment fittings and provide styling recommendations.
- Guide clients through the alteration process with confidence and clarity.
- Answer questions and recommend the best alteration solutions for each garment.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure every customer leaves feeling confident, valued, and cared for.
Operations
- Open and close the showroom following SEWBOX procedures.
- Keep the showroom, fitting rooms, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Create accurate work orders with detailed alteration instructions.
- Verify garment counts, pricing, due dates, and special requests before garments enter production.
- Organize customer garments for intake and pickup.
- Coordinate communication between customers and the production team.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain an organized front desk.
Styling & Service
- Recommend alterations that improve garment fit and appearance.
- Educate clients on garment care, repairs, dry cleaning, bridal services, and custom menswear.
- Provide recommendations that genuinely benefit the customer—never through pressure, always through education.
