Sales Stylist – KISA Boutique
Part-time, Temporary | In Person | Nisswa, MN
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Are you a people person who loves fashion, home textiles, and making customers feel amazing? KISA is a boutique carrying hand-loomed Turkish cotton, natural fiber textiles, clothing, art, and jewelry. We are hiring summer Sales Stylists who want to be part of something special.
This is not a cashier job. It is a styling and relationship-building role. Our business runs on genuine customer connections and real sales — and we need people who are excited about both.
What You Will Do:
Help customers discover pieces they love by learning our product lines inside and out — fabrics, fits, colorways, and what looks great on different body types and styles. A size 14 mom and a size 2 teenager need different guidance, and you will learn how to confidently style anyone who walks through the door.
Build real relationships. Learn customer names, remember what they told you last visit, and connect them to our loyalty program. Collect emails for our newsletter, encourage them to tag us on social media, and ask for reviews. Our goal is repeat customers who come back every summer or shop with us online year-round.
Guide the sale with purpose. Chat with customers, find out what they need, suggest items that fit their lifestyle and taste, and upsell with intention. We are not pushy — we are knowledgeable. There is a difference.
Handle daily operations including opening and closing the store, running Shopify POS for sales, returns, exchanges, and gift cards, maintaining beautiful displays, restocking merchandise, preparing new products to be put out on the floor, and keeping the shop tidy and gift-ready at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
Someone who genuinely enjoys people and gets energy from a busy, social environment. Enthusiasm for learning about our unique products — the story behind our looms and natural fibers matters. Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage customers on the floor, not just behind the counter. Self-motivated and organized, especially during slower moments. Able to thrive in a fast-paced summer season.
Bonus Skills (tell us what you bring!)
Shopify POS, interest in social media or email marketing, photography skills, inventory management experience.(These are not a requirement.)
What We Offer:
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience
50% employee discount on all Kisa products
Flexible scheduling, 2-3 days per week
8-hour shifts, We are open 7 days a week in the summer and can work with all teams schedules.
