Job Duties
Market and grow the business
Observe other stylists/managers at work and ask relevant questions
Provide exceptional customer service
Control expenses
Promote and sell services and retail products
Answer telephones, stock and dust shelves, and sweep hair
Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
Promotion
to Stylist
The stylist-in-training may be eligible for a promotion to the stylist position once they receive their license. To be considered, the candidate must:
Possess a valid license in their applicable state
Be able to perform duties permitted by their license
Demonstrate Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain necessary licenses within 90 days of hire
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Good time management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Computer proficiency including POS systems
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Essential Functions
Market and promote services and products
Provide excellent customer service
Manage expenses and follow company policies
Perform administrative tasks and ensure safety standards

Frequent lifting up to 10 lbs., occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Continuous standing and reaching
Exposure to chemicals and fragrances
Occasional climbing and travel for training
