We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in various styling techniques while building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Assist in store management tasks, ensuring the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client hair care routines.
Upsell additional services to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Offer specialized services such as eyelash extensions and straight razor shaves when applicable.
Experience
Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong skills in barbering techniques are a plus.
Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is advantageous.
A solid understanding of customer service principles is essential.
Familiarity with mentoring practices will be beneficial for team development.

Pay: $22.30 – $25.47 per hour
