Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist in store management tasks, including maintaining inventory and ensuring the cleanliness of the salon.
Mentor junior stylists and interns, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their growth.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and hair extensions to provide clients with innovative options.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a valid cosmetology license.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and preferences.
Ability to mentor others and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Knowledge of barbering techniques is an advantage.
Passion for beauty trends, including hair extensions and makeup application.
