The Summer 2025 – Visual Merchandising Intern, as a valued member of the HUGO BOSS retail team, will collaborate closely with the corporate visual team on dynamic seasonal brand campaign rollouts. This role will also involve supporting the field Visual Merchandising team as needed and executing essential daily operational tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly.
As a Summer 2025 Intern:
You must be able to work to work up to 37.5 hours per week, for the entire summer period.
Intern for the full Summer session – June 2 – August 15, 2025
The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16.50 per hour
You must be an active student, entering junior or senior year and pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Able to work in our hybrid model: 3 days in office & 2 remotely
This position is not eligible for relocation
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Administrative Support: organize electronic files, create Visual Merchandising directives, and manage spreadsheets
Field Collaboration: Assist the Field Visual Merchandising team with seasonal floorsets and window installations in local stores, including mannequin styling, steaming, and merchandising
Operational Communication: Serve as a liaison with Field VM teams to assist the VM Operations Manager in addressing and fulfilling their operational needs effectively
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of in-office visual merchandising props, including stocktaking, organization, and distribution as needed
Miscellaneous Tasks: Support the team with various additional responsibilities to maintain a seamless workflow
Your profile:
Prior internship or work experience in visual merchandising or a related field, or a demonstrated passion for the industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred
Studying visual merchandising is a plus
