Are you a passionate retail professional with a talent for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams? Seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury retail business in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operation of multiple retail locations, supporting management while ensuring outstanding service, operational excellence, and team development.
What You'll Be Doing
• Driving sales performance and supporting the achievement of business targets
• Delivering an exceptional customer journey and building lasting client relationships
• Coaching and motivating retail teams to maintain the highest service standards
• Leading daily operational activities, including stock management and store readiness
• Supporting visual merchandising standards and product presentation
• Managing stock deliveries, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
• Monitoring team performance and identifying training and development opportunities
• Acting as a brand ambassador and role model across all retail locations
• Supporting special retail projects, events, and activations
What We're Looking For
• Previous retail supervisory experience within a customer-focused environment is a must
• Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent organisational and stock management abilities
• A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach • Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
