Role Description
The Supervisor, at our Luxe by Hugh Rice Store, will oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience at the Beverley location. This full-time, on-site role requires managing and motivating team members, maintaining high standards of display, assisting customers with luxury and fashion jewellery purchases, and meeting sales targets. The Supervisor will uphold our company values, support team training, and ensure smooth store operations while working closely with the wider management team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Sales and retail experience, particularly in luxury goods or jewellery
- Keen eye for detail, especially in merchandising and product presentation
- Organisational and time management skills to efficiently oversee daily store activities
- Basic understanding of jewellery and luxury watch products is a plus
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and familiarity with inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
