OBJECTIVE:

Reporting directly to Retail & Merchandising Director and the you will be responsible for sales and distribution planning to ensure product delivery excellence across channels and product categories, whilst maximizing inventory and operational efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) RETAIL DISTRIBUTION:

SAP tool management for store stock and auto-replenishment

Supply Chain KPI improvement (product availability, stock coverage)

Store support for new distribution implementation

Building distribution and rebalancing rules with Merchandising

2) BUSINESS PLANNING:

Sales forecasts proposal (analyze historical data and trends by activity, sub-activity, collection)

Implement Best Estimate process and consolidate global sales budget (seasonal + carry-over) monthly, together with Finance, Merchandising and Retail

Complete Open-To-Buy activities together with Merchandising, collaborate on showroom buying to support product strategies and range planning

3) INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:

Product Life cycle Management

Project end of season stock levels and identify any gaps in relationship to sales plans

Execute end of season pricing and promotion plans

4) PROJECTS:

Build retail processes, tools, and organization

Build Supply Chain processes for wholesale partners: stock management, data analyses, business planning, replenishment

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience

Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English (written and oral)

University level degree, usually in Business or similar, required – with MBA preferred.

Experience in business and sales planning in a Retail business

Background in Fashion and Luxury sector is a hard requirement

Demonstrated ability of managing cost performance, supply/demand forecasting & distribution execution for a broad product range across multiple channels

Certifications such as those in Six Sigma, Operations or Inventory Management a plus

Must be able to build collaborative relationships across key stakeholders

Excellent knowledge of supply chain and flow of goods from sourcing to customer

Influencing skills, collaborative, confident and creative in spirit

Analytical and process thinking ability

Good planning and organization skills

Resilience to work under pressure
