We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager for Non Sellable Products.
Your role will be:
Create an end-to-end planning for all large-scale brand initiatives, validating it with other teams involved.
Be responsible for coordinating all Supply Chain related activities in the planning and for anticipating any deviation to plan. Find solutions to mitigate potential delays.
Ensure executional excellence in Supply Chain tasks.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders involved in the project. Maintain excellent communication.
Report on status during internal meetings and regular cross-functional meetings. Create visual support (PowerPoint presentations)
Create a Non-Sellable mid-term planning. Update it by collecting data on all forthcoming projects and flag potential risks.
When needed, support the rest of the Non-sellable team with their own projects planning.

The rest of the Supply Chain & Logistics teams
The non-sellable department´s internal clients: PR, Marketing, CRM, VM & Architecture
What is important for the role:
Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 2 years in a role managing complex projects in a large international company. A previous project management training would be a plus.
High level of English.
Previous experience in the fashion or culture/arts industry is required.
Particular soft skills (eg. success will rely heavily on influencing others)
Good communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
Critical thinking and results-driven approach.
Previous experience of project management tools (Asana or others) would be a plus.
