Swimwear Fit Tester Jobs in Kissimmee at Salt & Silk Group
Salt & Silk Group is looking for reliable swimwear fit testers for upcoming development fittings. This is a paid, part-time contract role for people who can attend occasional in-person fitting sessions in the Ocean City, NJ area. Candidates from nearby shore towns, including the LBI area, Brigantine, Atlantic City, Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, and Cape May, are welcome if they can travel to scheduled sessions.
This is not a modeling role. Fit testers try on swimwear samples in a professional fitting environment and provide practical feedback on fit, comfort, coverage, support, stretch, movement, and overall wearability.
Responsibilities:
– Attend scheduled in-person swimwear fit testing sessions
– Try on prototype/sample swimwear garments for fit evaluation
– Provide clear feedback on fit, comfort, coverage, support, movement, and feel
– Allow basic garment-related measurements to be taken
– Communicate reliably with the product team before and after sessions
– Maintain confidentiality around unreleased designs and products
Qualifications:
– Comfortable trying on swimwear samples for fit evaluation
– Reliable, punctual, and communicative
– Able to give honest, detailed feedback in a respectful professional setting
– Must match one or more current swimwear size/measurement profiles
– Prior fit testing, apparel, retail, swimwear, or modeling experience is helpful but not required
Schedule and pay:
– Part-time contract/as-needed sessions
– Estimated 1-5 hours per week depending on fit schedule and size profile needs
– $25-$30 per hour
– Sessions are expected to be in or near Ocean City, NJ
