Swimwear Fit Testing Assistant Jobs in Atlantic City at Salt & Silk Group
Salt & Silk Group is hiring a part-time Swimwear Fit Testing Assistant to support paid swimwear fit-feedback sessions in the South Jersey shore area. This is a project-based support role for early product development, sample review, and fitting-session organization.
This is not a modeling role. The assistant helps prepare the fitting room, organize samples, write structured notes, and support a respectful, private, professional process for fit testers.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare swimwear samples, size sets, notes, forms, mirrors, measuring tools, clips, robes, and privacy items before sessions.
– Confirm onboarding paperwork, NDA, and fitting consent forms are complete before a session begins.
– Write structured notes while the fit lead runs the session.
– Track feedback on comfort, support, coverage, gapping, strap slip, torso length, rise, movement, and sizing consistency.
– Keep samples organized before, during, and after sessions.
– Help create a calm, respectful, professional environment for fit testers.
– Follow confidentiality rules for samples, product plans, photos, measurements, and applicant/model information.
Ideal candidate:
– Organized, discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented.
– Comfortable in a professional swimwear fitting environment.
– Strong written notes and clear communication.
– Respectful around body measurements, privacy, and consent.
– Available for occasional project-based sessions with a flexible schedule.
– Apparel, retail, event support, studio, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Important notes:
– Must be 18 or older.
– NDA and confidentiality agreement required.
– The assistant may be present during swimwear fit-feedback sessions, but will not be asked to model.
– Photos or videos may only be taken if the fit tester has signed the appropriate consent, and they are for internal fit-reference use only unless a separate written release is signed.
Pay: $20-$25 per hour.
Expected hours: approximately 2-8 hours per week depending on fitting schedule and sample-development needs.
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
