We are looking for a skilled Tailor/Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in garment construction, alterations, and custom clothing.
Responsibilities include:
- Measuring clients and taking accurate measurements
- Altering and repairing dresses, suits, pants, skirts, and other garments
- Sewing and assembling clothing pieces
- Hemming, fitting, and adjusting garments for customers
- Working with different fabrics and materials
- Maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Meeting deadlines for customer orders
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Previous tailoring or sewing experience preferred
- Ability to operate sewing machines and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
Compensation is based on completed work and revenue sharing. Employees are paid according to the portion of work they complete on each garment.
