This prestigious role offers a flexible three-day workweek, providing you the opportunity to showcase your tailoring expertise in a refined, high-end environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering flawless tailoring and garment alterations, ensuring the perfect fit and unparalleled service for luxury clientele. Responsibilities
• Provide expert tailoring and alterations to ensure a perfect fit while preserving garment integrity.
• Conduct personalised fittings and offer expert advice for a luxury client experience.
• Perform garment repairs and maintenance in line with high-quality standards.
• Handle delicate fabrics with care and precision.
• Collaborate with the team to meet client expectations and deliver seamless service.
• Maintain detailed records of alterations and repairs.
• Oversee product handling between the boutique and external service providers.
• Keep a clean, organised workspace in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
• Proven expertise in tailoring and garment alterations, with a strong portfolio.
• Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in working with luxury garments, delicate fabrics, and intricate designs.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
