Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for retail openings.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including confirmations, calendar management, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with posting job openings and monitoring candidate pipelines.
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules and next steps.
- Help manage high-volume retail recruitment initiatives while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experience, including internships in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
