1. Food and Beverage Vertical
We are looking for candidates who have experience exclusively within the food and beverage industry. The ideal HR professionals for this vertical should come from companies such as chain restaurants, nightclubs, cafes, bars, etc. Their recruitment experience should include roles like restaurant managers, chefs, servers, bartenders, and other positions directly related to food and beverage establishments.
2. Health, Beauty, and Wellness Vertical
For the Health, Beauty, and Wellness vertical, the HR professionals should come from the beauty industry. This includes candidates from salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, salon academies, nail spas, and nail studios. Their expertise should be in recruiting positions like beauty therapists, salon managers, aestheticians, nail technicians, and wellness consultants.
3. Marketing Vertical
HR professionals for the Marketing vertical should have a background in digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidates will have experience recruiting for roles like graphic designers, marketing managers, social media executives, editors, writers, and web developers, specifically within a digital or creative agency environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at FashionTV’s Mumbai office. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to hiring. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, maintaining employer branding, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for various roles within the Food & Beverage (F&B), Wellness, Education, Brand License, and Event Management sectors.

Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
Expertise in Employer Branding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
