Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition specialist in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector at FashionTV, located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. They will focus on employer branding, candidate interviewing, and developing effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Graduate in any stream
