Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as helping to coordinate the hiring process.

Assist in developing and implementing global HR and cultural operation strategies to support the company’s business goals and strategic plans.

Participate in international recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting candidate interviews, etc., to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Provide employee relations support, answer employee questions and concerns, and assist in resolving employee relations issues.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or above, preferably in marketing, human resource management, psychology, or related fields.

Strong interest and enthusiasm for human resource management and employee relations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at different levels.

Strong organizational and planning skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high efficiency.

Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office.

Team player, able to work closely with team members to achieve work objectives.

Good English & Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal.
