KREWE is seeking aTalent Acquisition Manager, reporting to the Director of People & Projects, to support recruiting activities and operations. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, a master of prioritization and is able to shift gears at a moment’s notice. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Talent Acquisition function by driving a full-life cycle recruiting process for Corporate professionals at all levels.

Actively target, attract, engage and develop relationships with passive and active stellar prospects/candidates in our key markets.

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for projected and future hiring needs, ensuring that the pipeline is filled with strong, suitable candidates.

Maintain rigor in selection & assessment practices ensuring that appropriate tools are used to support the hiring decision making process, and skills development takes place as needed with hiring managers and interviewers.

Works with outside recruiters & additional internal recruitment staff

Implement and actively monitor an effective strategic recruitment life cycle ensuring an excellent experience for both the hiring manager, as well as successful and unsuccessful candidates.

Coordinate work cross-functionally and share candidates and market intelligence with recruiting colleagues where a potential fit exists.

Comply with internal policy and local employment legislation relevant to recruiting activities.

OPERATIONS:

Maintain recruitment metrics that align with organizational objectives, managing recruitment performance against established key metrics.

Reporting metrics to key stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition and related Human Resources policies, practices, and procedures.
