We’re looking for a proactive HR professional to take ownership of our White-Collar recruitment process while supporting key Organizational Development initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist
Location: Obour City, Egypt
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Recruitment — You’ll Own This
- Manage the full White-Collar recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for White-Collar roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers across departments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
ODevelopment — You’ll Support This
- Assist in developing job descriptions and organizational structures under senior guidance.
- Support workforce planning and basic HR analytics.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and documentation.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, with proven experience managing the full White-Collar recruitment cycle.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Odoo experience is a strong advantage.
- Good command of English, with strong communication and analytical skills.
