The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and elevate our hiring operations. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role focused on Candidate Experience & Hiring Excellence. You will own the flow of inbound candidates, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, timely, and aligned with our standards. You’re not just coordinating recruitment—you will play a key role in building and scaling our operational teams by identifying and supporting talent for a wide range of operational roles.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for various operational roles, including managing inbound candidate traffic and ensuring a smooth hiring flow.
- Provide clear, timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring teams, while serving as the main point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top-tier candidates through resume screening and initial calls.
- Develop candidate reports for key roles, outlining target profiles and building strong talent pipelines.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including direct search, referrals, and proactive pipeline building.
- Represent the company in job fairs, events, and university recruiting initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Google Workspace.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
