Recruitment Management 

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring alignment with company standards in both quality and quantity.
  • Manage monthly hiring targets for retail staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brands Operation Team to plan, schedule, and optimize interview processes.
  • Provide guidance on salary benchmarking and propose competitive compensation packages based on candidate experience and market insights.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop TA team members (if any) to ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved.
  • Track recruitment performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend process improvements.
  • Handle escalations and critical hiring needs for key or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

2. Employment Support & Onboarding 

  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure the smooth and effective integration of new hires.
  • Guide new employees in completing required documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure new hires are well-informed about company rules, policies, and organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to enhance onboarding experience and improve employee retention.
  • Propose and implement improvements to onboarding programs.

3. Recruitment Strategy & Talent Pipeline 

  • Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline and candidate database to support future hiring needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and optimize recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment best practices.
  • Propose innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or other relevant HR functions
  • Proven experience in mass hiring (preferably in retail, FMCG, or F&B industries).
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring demands simultaneously and work effectively under high pressure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and evaluate recruitment data.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable.
