Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Agent at Bounty LA. As a Talent Agent, you will be responsible for managing and representing a diverse roster of clients in the entertainment industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include talent management, casting, communication, customer service, and sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in sales or a related field
Ability to effectively manage talent and build relationships
Knowledge of casting processes and industry trends
