Who are they looking for?
A motivated and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join their team and assist in managing relationships with beauty and lifestyle influencers. This role is essential in facilitating collaborations, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between influencers and their agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and lifestyle content, strong organizational skills, and experience in influencer management.
What you will be working on? – Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for beauty and lifestyle influencers, building and nurturing relationships to drive successful partnerships.
Communicate with influencers regularly, providing updates on campaign opportunities, deliverables, and deadlines.
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate logistics for influencer collaborations, including product shipments, content briefs, and creative assets.
Collaborate with influencers on content creation, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure that content aligns with brand objectives and messaging.
Review and approve content drafts, ensuring that they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles, preferably within the beauty and lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with influencers and stakeholders.
