About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Talent Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for day-to-day management of talent, strategy development, brand partnerships, and long-term career planning. You’ll play a key role in building creator businesses, amplifying their voices, and facilitating best-in-class brand collaborations.
While Ponte Firm is headquartered in Austin, this role is a hybrid role based out of a NYC office or coworking space, with in-person work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of creators; provide daily guidance, strategic counsel, and long-term vision across social, brand, and business decisions
Partner with creator to build their wedge in the market, brainstorm on their brand and potential opportunities of growth
Collaborate with team to pitch and secure brand deals, meet revenue goals, and cultivate agency and brand relationships
Guide talent through the entire lifecycle of brand campaigns — from ideation and contracting through execution and wrap
Act as lead negotiator on behalf of talent in contracts and brand deal discussions
Identify new revenue opportunities including product collaborations, media extensions, and off-platform growth
Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to support forward-thinking strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand campaign messaging with client goals and creator voice
Maintain and grow an internal database of influencer contacts, managers, publicists, and industry tastemakers
Support new business efforts through research, proposals, and pitch decks
Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience in influencer/creator talent management
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with a strong eye for detail and follow-through
Strategic thinker with a creative edge and ability to problem-solve under pressure
Self-starter with a passion for social media, creator economy, and digital brand-building
Experience negotiating contracts and managing brand campaigns is a plus
Bonus: background in PR, fashion, entertainment, or digital marketing
