About the Role

This role is responsible for acquiring talents for business needs and being involved in the end to end process of recruitment and talent management. S/he will also support the hiring manager to ensure orderly recruitment operations and executions of all Human Resource strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing of potential candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms and any other relevant channels.
  • Shortlisting of candidates and evaluate and screen via pre-interview assessment.
  • Managing the hiring process such as administering offers and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders on the recruitment plan with relevant industry partners.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on all recruitment matters and updating them on a regular basis.
  • To work on the development plan with relevant parties for the talent pipeline and successors not limited to store operation pipeline.
  • Willing to go down to the stores to check on the talents progress and work together with the store managers/stakeholders on the real issues.
  • Organizing recruitment events inclusive but not limited to both physical and virtual platforms.
  • Assist in HR generalist/admin related work scope.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Proven track records in FMCG or fast pace, high-growth retail environment would be a plus.

Required Skills

  • Ability to screen, shortlist and interview candidates.
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written).
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
  • IHRP-CP certification would be a plus.
  • Google suite.
  • Microsoft Office.
