About the Role
This role is responsible for acquiring talents for business needs and being involved in the end to end process of recruitment and talent management. S/he will also support the hiring manager to ensure orderly recruitment operations and executions of all Human Resource strategies.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing of potential candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms and any other relevant channels.
- Shortlisting of candidates and evaluate and screen via pre-interview assessment.
- Managing the hiring process such as administering offers and conducting new hire orientation.
- Liaising with external stakeholders on the recruitment plan with relevant industry partners.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on all recruitment matters and updating them on a regular basis.
- To work on the development plan with relevant parties for the talent pipeline and successors not limited to store operation pipeline.
- Willing to go down to the stores to check on the talents progress and work together with the store managers/stakeholders on the real issues.
- Organizing recruitment events inclusive but not limited to both physical and virtual platforms.
- Assist in HR generalist/admin related work scope.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in HR.
- Proven track records in FMCG or fast pace, high-growth retail environment would be a plus.
Required Skills
- Ability to screen, shortlist and interview candidates.
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written).
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
- IHRP-CP certification would be a plus.
- Google suite.
- Microsoft Office.
Pay range
[$4,300-$5,700]
