Role Description
We are seeking a driven, full-time Talent Manager (Model Booking & Partnerships) to join House of Elévara. This role is focused on securing brand partnerships, booking opportunities, and strategic placements for our models across fashion, media, and digital platforms.
The Talent Manager will be responsible for building relationships with brands, coordinating bookings, negotiating deals, and positioning our talent for high-value opportunities. This role requires strong communication, sales ability, and the confidence to represent Elévara at a high level.
You will work directly with models and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, events, and content collaborations while actively driving revenue and exposure for the agency.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to brands, agencies, and businesses to secure bookings and partnerships
• Pitch and position Elévara models for campaigns, events, and digital opportunities
• Negotiate rates, terms, and deliverables for bookings and collaborations
• Manage and coordinate all confirmed bookings from start to completion
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and clients
• Identify new revenue opportunities for models and the agency
• Collaborate with internal team (coordinators & management) to align talent with opportunities
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking, pitching, and building relationships
• Ability to identify, pursue, and secure brand partnerships and booking opportunities
• Experience or natural ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
• Comfortable with outreach (DMs, email, calls) to brands, businesses, and creatives
• Organized and able to manage multiple bookings, schedules, and client relationships
• Understanding of fashion, media, content creation, and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Ability to represent talent professionally while maintaining strong client relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in fast-paced situations
• Familiarity with contracts, rates, and deliverables is a plus
