Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our team who already manages a roster of creators and is ready to plug into a more elevated, brand-forward environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the art and the business of influencer marketing—and can operate at a high level across deal-making, talent development, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
– Bring and manage an existing roster of talent (lifestyle, fashion, beauty, etc.)
– Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships at competitive, premium rates
– Lead all deal negotiations, including pricing strategy and contract redlining
– Identify and secure new brand opportunities aligned with each creator’s positioning
– Oversee end-to-end campaign execution (briefing, timelines, deliverables, approvals)
– Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry partners
– Spot emerging talent and trends with a sharp, forward-thinking eye
– Collaborate on growth strategies to scale both talent and agency revenue
Qualifications
– Proven experience in influencer talent management
– Existing roster of creators (required)
– Strong track record of negotiating brand deals and understanding market rates
– Experience reviewing and redlining contracts
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
– Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and brand expectations
– Strong communication skills and polished, professional presence

Compensation
