Position Summary
24 Seven is seeking an ambitious Talent Operations Specialist to join our Talent Operations team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our talent, recruiters, and client-facing teams by ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and a seamless candidate and worker experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate & Talent Operations Support
Manage ongoing candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a high-touch experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Bullhorn and related systems
Assist with creating and posting job descriptions across approved job boards and 24 Seven platforms
- Onboarding & Compliance
Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and employment verification
Track onboarding documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up with candidates and internal teams
- Operational Excellence
Perform data entry, reporting, and quality checks to support Talent Ops workflows
Support placement-related operational tasks to ensure accurate handoffs between recruiting, sales, and payroll teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Talent, Business Development, and Account Management teams to support client and staffing priorities
Serve as a trusted operational resource to enable teams to focus on client delivery and talent engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in talent operations, staffing operations, recruiting coordination, or HR administration
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
