The Role: As our Talent Recruiter, you will leverage your sales background to source, screen, and sign top-tier talent. You won’t just fill roles; you’ll develop creative recruitment strategies and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pool that aligns with our agency’s prestigious reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop "outside-the-box" recruitment strategies using social media, databases, and professional networking.
- Candidate Engagement: Attract and screen talent through phone/video interviews to ensure a high-skill match.
- Growth & Sales: Meet assigned sales targets and contribute innovative ideas for lead generation.
- Relationship Management: Schedule client meetings and maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate database.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven Sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High proficiency in recruitment tools, social media platforms, and general office tech.
- A "fast-paced" mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
