The Role
As our Talent Scout / Sales Recruiter, you will leverage your sales background to source, screen, and sign top-tier talent. You won’t just fill roles—you will develop creative recruitment strategies, drive lead generation, and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pool that aligns with our agency’s prestigious reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop "outside-the-box" recruitment strategies using social media, local networking, and talent databases to scout fresh faces.
- Candidate Engagement: Attract, interview, and screen potential talent via phone, video, and in-person consultations to ensure a strong match for our brand.
- Growth & Outreach: Meet weekly/monthly lead generation goals and signed-talent targets by actively pitching the agency’s platform.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate client schedules, follow up with leads promptly, and maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate database.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in sales, account management, or high-volume recruiting.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle candidate consultations confidently.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), recruitment tools, and standard office software.
- Pace: A self-motivated, fast-paced mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
