– Oversee outlets sales and operation
– Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target
– Achieve Personal Sales Target
– Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team’s performance KPI
– Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
– Handle customer enquiries
– Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
– Ensure good customer experience and service standard
