Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the non-ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, inspire, and manage the account management team to achieve ambitious targets

Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s success and professional development

Support the team in closing deals when needed as well as owning key account negotiations personally

Commercial Strategy and Planning

Creative and data driven initiatives to improve revenue, increase market share and restaurant retention programmers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with high value national accounts.

Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive account growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics teams, to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Need

Location: Gurgaon

3-5 years of experience managing team(s)

Proven track record of success in direct sales as well as managing teams

Building a culture of high performance, momentum and joint sense of purpose

Food delivery/tech experience is a plus

Proficient in data analysis, excel, etc.

Experience with CRM tools

Fluency in English.
