The Team Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, inspiring a large team and ensuring a premium client experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a large retail team to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences
• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
• Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of store targets
• Coach and develop team members to reach their highest potential
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and operational excellence
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams during shift-based operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership roles (luxury or premium retail experience is a strong advantage)
• Proven experience managing retail environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Advanced English
• Ability to work in a shift-based system within a dynamic retail environment
